The first half of today’s match between Transport United FC (TUFC) and BFF Academy at Changlimithang was nothing short of electrifying. Both teams displayed equal spirit, showcasing excellent ball possession and composure, and creating several opportunities to score.

Not to be outdone, BFF Academy quickly intensified their attacking game. A magnificent D-area shot by Kamal was impressively saved by Hari, maintaining TUFC’s lead. BFF Academy continued to create chances from the wings but were unable to place the ball on target.
A critical moment came when BFF Academy’s goalkeeper was sent off with a red card, leaving them a player down. Taking advantage of this, Gideon, supported by Tshenda in the forward line, scored the second goal at the 35-minute mark with a brilliant pass from Tshenda. The relentless TUFC didn’t stop there. Just three minutes later, at the 38-minute mark, our speedster and winger netted the third goal, again assisted brilliantly by Tshenda.
Today, TUFC boys are showcasing a different level of gameplay. Their excellent comeback and positive improvement are evident in every play. The team is in full form, and their relentless drive has put them in a commanding position.
The second half had another exciting roar from the spectators as both teams are favorites for the audiences. On one side, the young Academy boys, and on the other, the people’s favorites, TUFC.

Several good shots were on target, but Hari, the formidable goalkeeper for TUFC, proved why he is considered the number one goalkeeper in Bhutan, making it incredibly difficult for BFF Academy to score.
At the 89-minute mark, Jigdrel, making a comeback after an injury, netted another goal for TUFC, bringing the score to 4-0. But at the 90-minute mark, BFF Academy finally managed to net their first goal, making the final score of today’s match TUFC 4:1 BFF Academy.
