Vision

TUFC is devoted to fostering and providing a high quality soccer environment in order to give all the players, coaches, referees and managers every opportunity to enjoy the game of soccer and to help them achieve their maximum potential as participants in this sport, while at all times promoting a sense of fair play.

Transport United FC, in accordance with the requirements of Article 16: Sporting Criteria of the AFC Club Licensing Regulations, which mandates AFC Licensed clubs to support women’s football through the establishment of a women’s team within its organization, proudly founded the Transport United Ladies team in 2022. This step reflects our dedication to the development, professionalization, and promotion of women’s football in Bhutan.

Our first season in the Women’s National League was a learning curve, as the team and its new technical staff worked hard to build teamwork and gain experience. By the 2023 season, we saw remarkable improvement, with the team consistently competing for the championship and achieving a commendable fourth-place finish.

Transport United Ladies now play in the Bhutan Women’s National League, the pinnacle of women’s football in the country.

As we look to the 2024 season, we are excited about the future. We have made significant changes to both our squad and technical team to enhance our performance and are optimistic about our prospects.
